The data protection regulations of recommerce.ch therefore apply

  1. General Provisions


    Recommerce AG is the operator of the website  verkaufen.ch , vendre.ch ,  vendere.ch ,  recommerce.ch  and and the services offered thereon. Recommerce is therefore responsible for the collection, processing and use of your personal data and the compatibility of data processing with the applicable data protection law.

    Protecting your privacy is very important to us. With this data protection declaration we inform you about our data processing methods, which are related to the use of our services.

    Should there be any inconsistencies between this data protection declaration and the terms and conditions of Recommerce AG, the provisions of this data protection declaration shall prevail.
     

  2. Personal data


    If you place a sales order, a repair order or a purchase in our online shop on our website, we need the following information to process it:

    - Salutation, first and last name
    - Billing address (and if different delivery address)
    - Telephone number (for any queries)
    - E-mail address
    - IBAN number (used for payment of credit when selling products)

    Unless otherwise stated in this data protection declaration or if you have not given your separate consent, we will only use the aforementioned data to process the contract, namely to process your orders, deliver the ordered products and ensure the correct payment of your credit.
     

  3. Delivery on account (Powerpay)


    If you have selected the option "Delivery on account (Powerpay)" when purchasing a product, we will forward your personal data to the financial institution MF Group AG, 9000 St. Gallen. The MF Group is a subsidiary of Arvato Financial Solutions and part of the global Bertelsmann Group. The legal basis for data transmission is the fulfillment of a contract in accordance with Article 6 (1) (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
     

  4. Newsletter


    We use the so-called opt-in procedure to send the newsletter, which means that we will only send you a newsletter by e-mail if you have expressly confirmed to us beforehand that we should activate the newsletter service. If you later no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can unsubscribe from it at any time.
     

  5. Cookies


    Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer or mobile device when you use one of our websites. These cookies make it possible, for example, to offer you the shopping cart functionality or to temporarily save your entries when filling out a form on the website. Most Internet browsers automatically accept cookies. You can prevent the storage of cookies under "Settings" in your browser. Deactivating cookies may mean that you cannot use all the functions of our website.
     

  6. Google products


    We use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Optimizer for the continuous optimization of our websites. This gives us the following information:

    - navigation path that a visitor follows on the site,
    - Duration of stay on the website or subpage,
    - the subpage on which the website is left,
    - the country, region or city from which access is made,
    - End device (type, version, resolution) and
    - Returning or new visitor.

    This data is transmitted to Google Inc based in the USA, whereby the IP address is anonymised. You can track this with the following  link  impede.
     

  7. AWIN (Affiliate Marketing)


    To increase our sales, we work with the company Awin, which belongs to Axel Springer and United Internet. Here, too, cookies are used for data collection and primarily for billing commissions when a customer comes to us via another website.

    In order to optimize the user experience, we use Mouseflow.

  9. Payment security


    For the payment process in our shop, use the Saferpay product from SIX Payment Service. The certified payment platform guarantees simple and secure payment transactions with credit and debit cards, both for the shop operator and for the cardholder.

    SIX Payment Services is a subsidiary of Worldline and thus the largest European technology partner for banks and merchants.

    Recommerce itself does not store any data from the credit card or other payment options (e.g. Twint).
     

  10. Retention of data


    We retain your personal information for as long as we deem necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable law or as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. We delete your personal data as soon as they are no longer required and in any case after the legally prescribed maximum retention period has expired.
     

  11. Right to information


    You have the right to receive information about your stored personal data at any time, to correct your personal data or to request the deletion of your personal data, insofar as this is legally possible. If you wish this, please send us an email  kundendienst@verkaufen.ch .
